About This Role
- Own the end user computing architecture for 50,000+ devices across multiple countries, including platform selection, device management topology, security controls, and telemetry.
- Produce and maintain reference architectures, technical standards, and architecture decision records; act as design authority and enforce standards and exception processes.
- Prototype and validate technical designs hands-on; partner with Cyber Security to embed zero-trust principles; oversee architecture for regulated endpoints and drive continuous improvement via telemetry and automated remediation.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years overall experience with 12+ years in IT infrastructure or EUC and 5+ years as principal, lead, or enterprise architect with recognized design authority.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent professional expertise.
- Expert-level hands-on knowledge of modern endpoint management (Intune/MECM) and macOS management (Jamf), including scripting, automation, and configuration-as-code applied in production.
- Willingness to travel internationally approximately 5–15% of the time.

- Strong communicator capable of translating complex architecture into business impact for senior stakeholders in a global matrixed organization.
