About This Role
- Define and lead architecture and technical strategy for Sitecore AI and enterprise digital experience platforms.
- Design, develop, and support scalable, secure Sitecore XM Cloud applications, including migration and modernization from traditional Sitecore XP/XM.
- Implement AI-driven personalization, search, content optimization, and manage integrations with AI technologies, Azure OpenAI, and cloud-native components.
Minimum Requirements
- 7.5+ years of experience in Sitecore XM Cloud, Sitecore XP/XM, and enterprise digital experience platforms.
- Strong development skills in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 8+, React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with Sitecore AI/Sitecore Stream, Sitecore Search, Coveo Search, Azure OpenAI, LLMs, and AI-powered personalization capabilities.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading technical architecture, design reviews, and modernization programs within globally distributed teams.
- Proficient in integrating and developing AI-enhanced Sitecore solutions including Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents.
- Skilled at balancing strategic leadership with hands-on development, mentoring, and promoting Sitecore AI adoption and best practices.
