About This Role
- Manage and support the iCare Salesforce Health Cloud Platform, delivering Digital Patient Services products and solutions.
- Lead design and execution of Patient Support Services (PSS) solutions across large programs, ensuring alignment on architecture, business process optimization, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop complex Salesforce customizations (Apex, LWC, Visualforce), build and maintain API integrations, perform code reviews, and support DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering and design experience with large-scale business applications in fast-paced iterative environments.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, Triggers, Flow builder, OmniStudio, and platform security.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications required: Salesforce Certified Developer I & II and Salesforce Health Cloud Certification.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced Salesforce Engineer or Technical Lead with a focus on healthcare or life sciences domain, especially patient support services.
- Proven ability to lead complex Salesforce solution design and delivery in Agile environments with cross-functional global teams.
- Knowledgeable about healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, GxP, GDPR, and experienced with Salesforce DevOps CI/CD tools (AutoRABIT, Copado, GearSets).
