About This Role
- Design, develop, and own full-stack reliability and analytics applications including real-time dashboards, APIs, data pipelines, and AI-powered anomaly detection systems for operational excellence.
- Architect and implement AI agent-based workflows with LLMs for automated incident triage, root cause analysis, and predictive alerting across Walmart's infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, robust reliability insights and mentoring engineers to uphold engineering excellence and operational standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack development and platform engineering expertise.
- Proficiency in front-end frameworks like React and back-end technologies including Node.js, Python (FastAPI/Flask), Java/Spring Boot, or Go.
- Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, CIS, SE, or related area with 4 years experience, OR 6 years experience in software engineering without a degree.
- Experience designing and shipping production LLM-based systems and familiarity with data engineering platforms, observability tools, and SRE principles.
