About This Role
- Manage and administer MUFG Legal technology platforms including Leah AI, Power Platform apps, Legal Holds, and others to ensure effective operation and adoption.
- Build no-code/low-code applications and workflows to support Legal Department objectives and influence technology roadmap aligning with business needs.
- Oversee governance, risk management, data reporting, and vendor relationships related to legal technology across MUFG Bank and MUFG Securities EMEA entities under a dual-hat arrangement.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in legal operations and legal technology within in-house legal departments, top law firms, Big 4 consultancies, or ALSPs, including international client exposure.
- University degree or equivalent required.
- Strong expertise in legal technology platforms, no-code/low-code development, data privacy (GDPR) and information security in financial services.
- Shift requirement: EMEA Shifts; Location: Bangalore, BCIT park, Thannisandra Main Road.
