- Lead and deliver Payments Technology initiatives focusing on quality execution and continuous improvement leveraging data-driven metrics.

Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years experience, preferably in Banking and Finance.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology Engineering.
- Strong technical expertise in cloud (AWS), databases (Aurora, RDS, Redis), and programming languages (Typescript, Java, Python, C#).
- Experience in senior leadership roles with proven stakeholder engagement and multi-disciplinary team management.

- Experienced senior technology leader with a track record of delivering measurable performance improvements in complex banking/financial organizations.
- Proficient in payments technology, cloud-native systems, data platforms, and modern engineering practices (TDD, microservices, event-driven architecture).
- Capable of managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders, with a focus on operational excellence and strategic alignment.
