About This Role
- Lead design and implementation of reusable, production-ready AI components and services within the AI Delivery Hub.
- Develop and manage orchestration workflows integrating multiple AI models, tooling, and memory management to enhance AI adoption and platform reliability.
- Drive AI engineering practices, evaluation, and operational optimization focusing on security, cost efficiency, and performance observability.
Minimum Requirements
- Considerable experience in AI engineering, software architecture, or distributed systems.
- Hands-on knowledge with Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and AI agent frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python or similar modern engineering languages.
- Familiarity with containerization, microservices, cloud-native design, APIs and experience designing reusable AI services or platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced AI specialist with strong expertise in multi-model orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and model evaluation methods.
- Technical leader capable of balancing risk-informed decisions while influencing product design and platform reliability in an enterprise environment.
- Able to mentor technical teams and support collaborative learning in AI design, prompting, evaluation, and verification.
