About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java backend applications and intelligent AI-driven solutions, including building robust APIs and services.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), develop AI agents and orchestration workflows for production-grade AI applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions involving Agentic AI and Generative AI technologies.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on software engineering experience with strong backend development expertise in Java.
- Proven understanding of Core Java, REST APIs, microservices, object-oriented programming, data structures, design patterns, system design, and software architecture.
- Hands-on exposure to Generative AI / LLM-based application development and Agentic AI / AI-agent-based solutions including prompt engineering, function/tool calling, RAG, embeddings, and vector-based retrieval.
- Education: BE/BTech/MCA/MTech/MBA (with relevant technical degrees preferred); No visa sponsorship available; Work Experience Required: Explicitly 4 years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced Java backend engineer with strong system design and software architecture skills, focused on scalable and reliable production systems.
- Practical experience in developing and integrating AI solutions based on Generative AI and Agentic AI including LLM-based applications.
- Comfortable working in collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams including product managers, software engineers, data engineers, and AI/ML specialists.
