Structured overview of role & requirements
About This Role
- Design and develop autonomous AI agents with multi-step reasoning and multi-agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen).
- Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace) with real-world tools, databases, and APIs to build self-directed AI pipelines with memory layers and tool-use.
- Build backend microservices (FastAPI), event-driven triggers, state management, and observability systems for scalable agent workflows with safety guardrails and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years overall software/data/AI engineering experience with 1-2 years hands-on building production-grade LLM-based or AI agent systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Bachelor/Master of Engineering also mentioned.
- Advanced Python programming skills including async and OOP design patterns.
- Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI) and backend API development (FastAPI).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience shipping production-grade autonomous AI agents or multi-agent workflows in enterprise AI use cases (document processing, workflow automation, conversational AI).
- Strong backend system design skills with event-driven and microservices architecture and integration of large language models.
- Familiarity with AI safety, observability (LangSmith, OpenTelemetry), and advanced prompt engineering techniques (CoT, ReAct, RAG).
