About This Role
- Build, automate, and maintain the Microsoft 365 collaboration platform for 50,000+ users, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Power Platform.
- Implement configuration as code with CI/CD pipelines, telemetry, testing, and staged rollouts based on architecture and backlog priorities.
- Own operational health, incident resolution, root-cause elimination, and automation to replace manual processes; participate in on-call rotation for major incidents.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years in IT engineering or platform operations, with at least 5+ years hands-on Microsoft 365 experience in enterprise production environments.
- Proficient in PowerShell automation and Microsoft Graph API; experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines for configuration deployment.
- Experience managing large scale tenants (5,000+ users) and working with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online/OneDrive, or Microsoft Teams including troubleshooting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience; relevant Microsoft certifications are desirable but not mandatory.

- Experienced in large-scale Microsoft 365 collaboration platform engineering and troubleshooting with emphasis on configuration-as-code and automation.
- Comfortable operating in ITIL-aligned environments with ownership of production change and incident management within Agile squad settings.
- Detail-oriented engineer skilled at root-cause analysis, operational documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including architecture and support.
