About This Role
- Own the operational discipline and execution of the Enterprise Learning function including learning calendar, dashboards, LMS governance, and monthly impact reporting.
- Manage LMS and Learning Hub as active platforms ensuring up-to-date learning paths, completion tracking, and content hygiene.
- Lead product and platform learning readiness, onboarding and role-based learning, release-linked learning deployments, and support adoption of AI-enabled learning tools.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10+ years experience in learning operations, enterprise learning, SaaS enablement, product training operations, customer enablement, or program management in technology, fintech, SaaS, consulting, or product organizations.
- Hands-on experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technologies.
- Strong program management skills including managing dashboards, trackers, governance, and stakeholder coordination.
- Educational Qualification: B.Tech with MBA preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in SaaS, fintech, banking technology or enterprise software with exposure to agile learning programs and product enablement.
- Demonstrates strong execution discipline, stakeholder management maturity, and ability to translate complex business priorities into structured learning plans.
- Comfortable working with AI-enabled learning tools and digital adoption platforms with ability to improve learning adoption and operationalize release-linked learning.
