About This Role
- Lead end-to-end design for multiple high-impact B2C product charters, owning the overall design outcomes.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, promoting design framework thinking and incorporation of user research insights.
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and senior stakeholders to deliver scalable, intuitive internal systems with a focus on emotional design and component reuse.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant product design experience in a B2C technology startup environment.
- Experience leading design projects and mentoring team members.
- Strong understanding of AI, prototyping, and user experience design tools.
- Location requirement: Bengaluru onsite.
