About This Role
- Coordinate multiple projects within a program to align with broader business objectives and provide regular program status updates.
- Manage resources and address cross-project dependencies and conflicts enterprise-wide.
- Formulate and adapt program-level strategies, manage risks, and promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree required; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in program management or project management, especially in credit or risk within retail or financial sectors.
- Proficiency in project management software such as JIRA.
- PMO certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP) preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience managing enterprise-wide business transformation programs with multiple cross-dependent projects.
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and resources effectively.
- Familiarity with Loan Onboarding System, Customer Journey, or Internal User Journey processes in financial services.
