About This Role
- Lead and manage end-to-end IT SOX readiness and assessment initiatives for new technology implementations, significant changes, platforms, and existing applications globally.
- Provide leadership and technical guidance on IT General Controls, technology risk, SOX readiness, cloud platforms, application controls, and remediation efforts.
- Manage multiple complex projects ensuring timely risk identification, control assessment, stakeholder influence, and transition of completed assessments to compliance teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in IT SOX, technology risk, IT audit, cybersecurity risk, internal controls, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of SOX, ITGCs, COSO, COBIT, and technology risk management.
- Experience managing complex IT risk initiatives with multiple stakeholders and demonstrating effective communication of technical and risk concepts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technical leader with deep expertise in SOX compliance and IT General Controls applied in modern and cloud technology environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP, SaaS).
- Experienced in managing and influencing diverse global technology, audit, finance, and compliance teams in complex multinational organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex risk assessments, challenge control designs, develop remediation plans, and translate complex technical issues for senior leadership decision-making.
