About This Role
- Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and architectural decisions within the development team.
- Create and maintain technical specifications and design documents for software projects.
- Provide technical mentorship and ensure best practices in architecture, design, and secure coding are followed.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in C# software development.
- Strong expertise in C# and object-oriented design, including software patterns such as Singletons, IoC, and MVVM.
- Familiarity with development tools like Git, CMake, static code analyzers, CI/CD pipelines, and understanding of secure coding and regulated software development lifecycles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience or strong interest in medical device software development or other regulated industries (e.g., automotive, aerospace, healthcare).
- Ability to operate within regulated environments following standards such as IEC 62304 and ISO 14971 is highly desirable.
- Proven technical leadership with skills to mentor teams and drive architectural decisions.
