About This Role
- Lead multiple project teams of software systems engineers and development partners across all design and development stages including coding, testing, and integration of complex products and platforms.
- Manage and expand relationships with internal and outsourced partners to ensure compliance with design standards and improve product quality while mitigating failure risk.
- Provide domain-specific expertise, leadership, innovation, and mentorship in software system design, architecture integration, and cross-organizational projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Typically 6-10 years of relevant software engineering experience.
- Extensive experience with multiple software systems design tools, programming languages, and software architecture including multi-platform system integration.
- Hybrid work requirement: average 2 days per week onsite at HPE office.
