About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of automation backlog items using Power Platform tools (Copilot Studio, Cowork, Power Apps, Power Automate), PowerShell for M365 automation, following architecture, governance, and ALM standards.
- Implement AI-enabled automation solutions and Copilot Studio agents adhering to governance and security standards.
- Support production automation workloads including incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and build Power BI reports on automation health and governance metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years overall experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- At least 3 years experience with Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
- Minimum 3 years PowerShell scripting experience for Microsoft 365 automation including Graph API.
- 2 years experience building AI-enabled or agent-based solutions (e.g., Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, LLM automations).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in production platform support, handling incident response and root cause analysis in automation environments.
- Holds Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, AB-620, PL-200, or AI-102 relevant to Power Platform and AI engineering.
- Skilled in building and governing Copilot Studio agents with knowledge integration, prompt design, and responsible AI practices.
