About This Role
- Generate and manage placement opportunities PAN India for trained candidates, ensuring placement targets are met across multiple skill areas.
- Establish and maintain employer partnerships, coordinate with corporate partners, and plan campus hiring events like job fairs to facilitate student employment.
- Oversee placement processes including resume building, mock interviews, and conducting pre-placement sessions to prepare students for job opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in EdTech, IT, Corporate, or Educational Institutions related roles.
- Any degree holder (e.g. BA, BCOM, BSC, BBM, MBA, PGDM, BE, BTECH).
- Experience in managing placements,target achievement and employer relationship management.
- Negotiation, sales orientation, and communication skills are mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in corporate sales or placement management within EdTech or technical training sectors, with proven ability to meet placement targets.
- Strong networking and relationship building skills with corporate and industry partners at local, state and national levels.
- Familiarity with academic institution functioning and placement processes, with capability to collaborate across departments to align training with industry requirements.
