About This Role
- Engineer and deliver scalable cloud-based data and analytics solutions using AWS services, Databricks, Teradata Vantage, and CI/CD frameworks to optimize data workflows and minimize manual intervention.
- Design and implement unified architectural strategies and automated data workflows aligned with enterprise standards within an agile development environment.
- Lead peer code reviews, manage merge requests, oversee production releases, and collaborate closely with development teams and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality user-centric solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of application program development experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, Step Functions, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, SNS, SQS, S3, VPC, EC2, RDS, and IAM.
- Proficiency in Python, Databricks, SQL, Unix, SPARK, and real-time analytic frameworks.
- Experience with standard SDLC processes and building web services (HTTP API/RPC).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working on large-scale business intelligence or analytic development projects showing technical leadership and ownership.
- Ability to design and prototype solutions rapidly, write modular code, and automate data workflows in a cloud environment.
- Comfortable operating in agile teams, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring operational excellence through CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Github, Jenkins, Terraform, and Liquibase.
