About This Role
- Design, implement, integrate, and debug embedded software for industrial products including hardware interfaces and communication protocols.
- Take technical ownership of assigned software modules from planning through delivery, collaborating with global software, hardware, systems, and test teams.
- Improve team engineering capability through technical decisions, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and adopting AI-supported engineering methods.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering or related field, or equivalent qualification.
- Several years of embedded software development experience using C and C++.
- Experience with RTOS (preferably Zephyr) or embedded Linux, microcontrollers, hardware-software integration, and industrial communication protocols such as CAN, Modbus, PROFINET, EtherCAT, or OPC UA.
- Experience with debugging, automated testing, code reviews, source control, continuous integration, and familiarity with agile/Scrum development processes.
