About This Role
- Own end-to-end Revenue, Bookings, P&L, and Margin forecasting and performance for assigned Lines of Business and regions.
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, variance analysis, and deliver actionable financial insights to support executive decisions.
- Drive automation, standardization, and AI-enabled planning processes leveraging Oracle technologies to improve forecast accuracy and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or P&L management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience working in a multinational, matrixed organization.
- Proficiency in Oracle technologies is advantageous; MBA, CA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
