About This Role
- Maintain accurate accounting records and manage Accounts Payable and Receivable processes, including invoice verification and payment processing.
- Support financial reporting including daily, weekly, monthly reports, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations, assist with audits, payroll processing, vendor management, and participate in budgeting and forecasting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or finance; MBA (Finance) or equivalent preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in hospitality or service sector.
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Sun, Osais) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of GST and statutory compliance related to billing and collections.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience operating within hospitality finance environments, especially handling accounts receivable and vendor coordination.
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage compliance and multitask across financial operations and reporting.
- Familiarity with Indian taxation laws (GST, TDS) and ability to support audit processes and payroll administration.
