About This Role
- Lead PMO governance frameworks, standards, and reporting across Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP transformation programs and application support engagements.
- Drive integrated program planning, delivery oversight, risk management, and executive reporting for complex ERP initiatives involving implementation and managed services.
- Govern financial, resource, risk, and service management aspects of ERP programs and support operations to ensure compliance, performance visibility, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-9 years of experience in PMO, Program Management Office, Transformation Office, Project Controls, or Governance.
- Experience with at least two end-to-end ERP implementation programs; Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Science, Commerce, CA, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
- Work Experience Required: 6-9 years as specified in the JD.

- Proven governance leader with strong consulting skills, experienced in managing large-scale ERP transformation and managed services environments.
- Experienced in stakeholder management and executive communication, able to influence delivery teams and partner with senior client executives.
- Strong command over integrated planning, financial/resource governance, RAID management, and PMO process improvement in technology-driven ERP programs.
