About This Role
- Own and manage the end-to-end sourcing process, including identifying, screening, and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and meet hiring goals through strategic sourcing methods.
- Leverage job boards, social media, ATS, and other recruiting platforms to attract and engage talent effectively.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in sourcing.
- Proficiency with ATS, database management, and multiple recruiting sources including social networks and job boards.
- Ability to conduct interviews via phone, video, email, and in-person.
- Education: MBA in HR or Master's degree is preferred; Work Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of sourcing experience.
