About This Role
- Own creation, automation, and quality assurance of Quarterly Business Review (QBR) decks, ensuring 100% accuracy and escalating key metrics.
- Perform custom SQL and Excel data analysis, client-facing ad hoc requests, and develop Retool dashboards to support Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) data insights.
- Validate and reconcile revenue transaction data from EHR systems, develop QA test plans, document findings, and collaborate to improve data workflows and reporting accuracy.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis, quality assurance, or technical reporting; healthcare/RCM experience preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) with strong quantitative reasoning skills.
- Willingness to work India Night Shifts aligned with US Day shifts (EST to PST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working directly with healthcare revenue cycle data and financial reporting, familiar with EHR data ingestion.
- Capable of managing end-to-end deck automation and quality assurance with attention to detail and error-free delivery.
- Comfortable collaborating with engineering and operations teams to optimize data quality processes and handling client-facing analysis requests.
