About This Role
- Own and prioritize the product backlog for the US Wires Modernization initiative to maximize product value aligned with business objectives.
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap, collaborating closely with stakeholders and scaled Agile teams to ensure alignment with broader program goals.
- Oversee requirements clarification, collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure thorough testing, timely decision-making on scope, and successful delivery of modernization objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-16 years work experience in relevant domain.
- Mandatory expertise in US wire payment systems, payments modernization from legacy platforms, SWIFT and ISO20022 protocols.
- Education: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/BSc/MSc/BCA/MCA, preferably with IT/CS specialization.
- Work Location: Chennai; Work Timings: General Shift 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in payments domain with strong knowledge of US wires and payment system modernization.
- Proficient in working within scaled Agile frameworks and coordinating across global, cross-functional teams including product management, development, and testing.
- Technically skilled in requirements analysis and managing end-to-end delivery involving automation testing and defect management.
