About This Role
- Lead and develop a Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation team, fostering technical mastery and continuous improvement.
- Define and execute test strategies, automation frameworks, and engineering best practices to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Manage project delivery including sprint planning, risk mitigation, and collaboration with product and business stakeholders ensuring timelines and scope are met.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in software quality assurance with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in testing methodologies, test management, and automation tools; ISTQB Advanced Level Test Management certification is advantageous.
- Role requires presence in the office 4 days per week as per company policy.
