About This Role
- Develop and maintain scalable, reusable, and high quality code with best software engineering practices including code reviews and unit testing.
- Own end-to-end development lifecycle from design, implementation, to automated testing and delivery of product features based on detailed requirements from product owners.
- Mentor team members and contribute to designing new products and enhancing existing ones, enabling customer customization and extensibility.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years experience in Java or comparable object-oriented language.
- Experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
- Demonstrated knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and software design patterns.
- Experience integrating or using AI-driven tools or techniques in workflows or decision-making processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in full-stack development with strong Java backend and JavaScript frontend (React/Angular/Vue) skills.
- Capable of managing team-level projects involving significant technical risks and ownership.
- Able to critically evaluate and implement AI technologies to enhance software solutions and workflows.
