About This Role
- Manage and grow a portfolio of recruitment partners, focusing on onboarding, relationship management, and expanding engagement.
- Lead strategies and training programs to increase international student enrollment and improve application quality and volume.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to turn partnerships into scalable revenue streams.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, business development, or related roles.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Education or relevant field).
- Fluent in English, additional languages are an asset.
- Experience with CRM systems and educational consultants or postsecondary institutions preferred.
