About This Role
- Own technical design and delivery of key components of the AI platform including the Agentic AI Platform runtime, LLM gateway, and shared platform services like a vector database knowledge base.
- Drive AI Development Life Cycle (AIDLC) adoption and AI-assisted engineering practices across multiple engineering teams and departments.
- Ensure production ownership including deployment, monitoring, support, and incident response for AI platform services while collaborating cross-site with US and Pune teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of lead-level software engineering experience building and operating production systems.
- Production experience in at least two of these languages: Python, TypeScript, Elixir, C#.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools, engineering automation, and implementing AIDLC or similar AI-assisted delivery methodologies.
- Employment eligibility to work in India without visa sponsorship.

- Experienced in owning and operating complex production services with a strong testing mindset and emphasis on engineering quality.
- Comfortable working in distributed teams across India and the US with strong collaboration on technical planning and cross-site priorities.
