About This Role
- Administer, configure, and optimize Jama Connect platform including user management, workflows, and automation via REST APIs.
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise integrations between Jama Connect and platforms like Jira, ServiceNow using ConnectALL/OpsHub and REST APIs ensuring data consistency and security.
- Develop Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers/connectors and AI Agents that enable AI-driven automation, orchestration, and secure access to engineering data and workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8+ years IT experience including at least 3+ years in ALM/PLM administration, enterprise integrations, or engineering systems.
- Strong hands-on experience (5+ years) administering Jama Connect and 3+ years using Jama Connect REST APIs for automation.
- Hands-on experience with ConnectALL and/or OpsHub Integration Manager, plus designing and managing integrations across enterprise tools (Jira, ServiceNow, ALM/PLM).
- Work Experience Required: 5–8+ years overall IT experience with specific ALM/PLM and integration focus; No explicit mention of notice period.

- Technical lead or solution architect capable of full lifecycle management from Jama platform administration to scalable AI agent development and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with MCP development, AI/agent orchestration, and integrating large language models with enterprise engineering systems.
