About This Role
- Own end-to-end financial operations including accounting, reporting, compliance, budgeting, and analysis.
- Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS for management.
- Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, income tax), coordinate audits, and improve financial controls and processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Finance Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, reconciliations, and audits.
- Proficient in advanced MS Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
- Work Experience Required: 3-5 years; Location: On-site in Noida, UP; Qualification: MBA Finance or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in IT services, technology, digital marketing, SaaS, or service-based sectors is preferred.
- Skilled in management reporting, financial analysis, and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with accounting software/ERP systems and BI/reporting tools like Power BI.
