About This Role
- Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations including design, build, testing, deployment, and support.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, configure Dynamics 365 components, and design integrations with external systems using Azure services.
- Oversee complex data migration, mentor junior staff, manage UAT and release processes, and develop enterprise dashboards and reports using Power BI and related tools.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience configuring and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (FO or CE/CRM).
- Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, X++, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL Server, Web APIs, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse).
- Experience with Azure integration services including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex Dynamics 365 enterprise architecture and solution delivery across Finance, Operations, and Customer Engagement modules.
- Capable of bridging business and technical teams by conducting workshops, producing FRDs/TDDs, and directly interacting with clients for demos and architecture reviews.
- Skilled in integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems and handling large-scale data migrations with strong governance and solution quality focus.
