About This Role
- Own and write high-quality user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for CPQ transformation programmes involving Salesforce and Apttus/Conga CPQ.
- Leverage AI tools to synthesize requirements, develop process flows, and create test cases serving as the single source of truth for engineering, QA, and revenue operations.
- Lead risk and dependency management, maintain documentation standards, and deliver AI-driven process improvements across a hybrid technology landscape including Salesforce, Apttus/Conga CPQ, custom apps, and integrations.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in CPQ transformation programmes with hands-on delivery of user stories, business requirements, and AI-driven process improvements.
- Deep knowledge of CPQ platforms and Salesforce ecosystem; strong preference for hands-on experience with Apttus/Conga CPQ, especially in configuration logic, pricing, quoting workflows, and contract lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with MuleSoft integration patterns (preferred, not mandatory).
- Ability to operate in complex hybrid technology environments with multiple platforms and integrations.
