About This Role
- Perform core solution analyst activities including requirement gathering, preparing documentation (SOW, FRD, BRD), and maintaining communication between stakeholders.
- Coordinate with development teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications aligned with customer needs.
- Support senior team members in project documentation, presales and postsales activities, and Agile sprint ceremonies participation.
Minimum Requirements
- 0-1 year of work experience.
- Graduation required; preferably BE in Computer Engineering, IT, EC, or degrees like BCA, MCA, MBA.
- Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Interest in learning VoIP and SIP technologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable working closely with multiple teams including Solution Analysts, Business Development, UI/UX, Project Managers, and Tech Leads.
- Able to quickly grasp application knowledge and align deliverables with customer and company goals.
- Willingness to actively participate in Agile processes and assist in requirement documentation and validation.
