About This Role
- Lead business development efforts by identifying and converting healthcare institutions and professionals through targeted outreach and lead nurturing, ensuring measurable customer acquisition.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with hospitals, universities, and healthcare organizations by preparing proposals, driving discussions, and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, track performance metrics, and prepare actionable reports to support leadership decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field preferred.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in business development or related roles within healthcare or allied sectors.
- Work onsite in Hyderabad, India (Location: Hyderabad, India - 500003).
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, LinkedIn, and AI tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable and confident engaging with senior stakeholders and navigating institutional decision-making processes.
- Experience or strong interest in healthcare domain including hospitals, physiotherapy clinics, rehabilitation centers, or healthcare education institutions.
- Operates with high ownership and initiative, capable of managing multiple priorities, driving projects end-to-end with minimal supervision, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
