About This Role
- Oversee non-financial regulatory reporting deliverables ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong control environment.
- Lead process improvements and automation initiatives; manage business requirements for system enhancements related to regulatory reporting.
- Support audits, regulatory exams, and governance forums; coach junior team members and act as escalation point between operations and leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of Operations experience, preferably in regulatory reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience with transactional regulatory reporting, operational processes, and controls.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint; experience with data automation tools (Xceptor, Alteryx) is highly desirable.

- Experienced in regulatory reporting within a cross-functional, matrix environment collaborating with Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Product teams.
- Skilled in driving process improvements, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Able to manage complex reporting workflows, lead control framework enhancements, and mentor junior staff effectively.
