About This Role
- Own the product strategy and delivery for Fraud and ID Agent initiative, moving from MVP to scalable production readiness.
- Coordinate cross-functional global teams across Brazil and India, aligning priorities and managing blockers to ensure smooth product delivery.
- Define and measure product performance metrics including detection quality, analyst adoption, and operational impact, while ensuring responsible AI and data governance.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience with complex, data-intensive products from discovery to launch.
- Experience in fraud, identity, payments, financial services, risk decisioning, or closely related domains.
- Work from office 2 days a week (hybrid work model) required.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years of product management experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading cross-functional, international teams and managing pilot partnerships or multi-client platforms.
- Strong product judgment capable of translating ambiguous problems into focused roadmaps and making trade-offs clear.
- Familiar with AI/ML-enabled products, especially those involving human-reviewed decision support or agentic workflows, and with governance around sensitive data and compliance.
