About This Role
- Accountable for the reliability, availability, security, performance, and lifecycle management of the enterprise SAP platform across BAU operations and transformation initiatives.
- Own technical governance of RISE with SAP / S/4HANA Private Cloud including service delivery, SLAs, incident/problem/change management, and operational KPIs.
- Lead technical efforts for S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, migrations, coordinating cross-functional dependencies and ensuring BAU stability during transformations.
Minimum Requirements
- Approximately 15 years of experience in SAP, with strong experience leading SAP BASIS/platform operations in large enterprise environments.
- Deep technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, and strong experience with RISE with SAP / S/4HANA Private Cloud and SAP ECS.
- Experience in managing SAP BAU operations, upgrades, migrations, cutovers, performance management, and technical governance in SLA-driven environments.
- Location: Pune, Bangalore, or Gurgaon, India. Work Experience Required: About 15 years in SAP basis/platform leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in technical leadership and governance rather than hands-on BASIS administration, skilled in managing multi-vendor SAP ECS and AMS relationships.
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor management skills, able to coordinate cross-functional teams during complex S/4HANA transformations.
- Familiar with SAP architecture technologies including Fiori/Gateway, Cloud Connector, integration and enterprise connectivity, with knowledge of security, compliance, and disaster recovery practices relevant to SAP platforms.
