About This Role
- Own end-to-end customer agentic AI product deployments, managing scope, schedule, and outcomes from kickoff through initial deployment.
- Lead internal coordination across Agentic Solutions and engineering teams to unblock dependencies and maintain synchronized delivery progress.
- Serve as primary contact for customers, managing expectations, executive sponsor engagement, and providing transparent reporting on deployment status, risks, and decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in software or technology implementations with external customers.
- Bachelor's degree in technical or business field (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations, Business) or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong customer-facing skills with experience managing stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Ability to handle technical concepts and lead cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders and external dependencies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced managing complex, cross-functional, customer-facing technology deployment programs, especially in software or SaaS environments.
- Skilled in establishing and standardizing repeatable deployment processes, stage-gate delivery methodologies, and producing clear documentation and reporting.
- Comfortable working in fast-changing, startup-like environments with shifting priorities and building processes from the ground up.
