About This Role
- Own program management for the tech team including planning, dependencies, releases, and risk management from kickoff to launch.
- Track and analyze metrics tied to program success and ensure business metrics move as intended post-release.
- Act as the bridge between Product and Engineering, translating product priorities into engineering scope, milestones, and visibility on progress and constraints.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in program/project management, product operations, or technical/product-adjacent role with delivery ownership.
- Working knowledge of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), releases, APIs, and environments.
- Proficient with data analysis, strong spreadsheet skills, and basic analysis capabilities.
- Experience with Jira or similar tools; familiarity with AI tools for productivity is a plus.

- Experience working in a product company, SaaS, or high-growth environment.
- Skilled at managing cross-functional teams without formal authority and driving tasks to completion.
