About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React.js and Node.js, ensuring high-quality, production-grade code.
- Build and optimize REST APIs and manage databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra) for scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Leverage AI coding assistants daily to accelerate development tasks including code scaffolding, debugging, refactoring, and test generation.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of full-stack development experience with proficiency in React.js and Node.js (mandatory).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases: MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra.
- Familiarity with messaging systems: Apache Kafka, WebSockets, and streams.
- Work Experience Required: 4-6 years, Mandatory technical skills as above.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI coding assistants effectively into software development workflows with critical evaluation skills.
- Comfortable designing modular architectures and working with multiple architectural patterns including microservices and event-driven designs.
- Experience delivering end-to-end projects with deployed full-stack applications (React + Node.js) and documenting AI-assisted development processes.
