About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, secure, and performant solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Build and maintain ServiceNow applications, processes, and integrations with other enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP, Web Services, and MID Server.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, peer code reviews, and create technical documentation for developed solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience including customization and integrations.
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and JavaScript.
- Experience with ServiceNow Developer Studio/Studio IDE and source-control tools.
- Good knowledge of ITSM, HRSD, and other ServiceNow applications; understanding of ServiceNow security including roles and ACLs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in integrating ServiceNow with other systems using REST APIs, SOAP, Web Services, and MID Server.
- Familiar with custom widget development in Service Portal and frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
