About This Role
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications and processes on the ServiceNow platform.
- Support and troubleshoot existing ServiceNow implementations and deliver moderate-complexity features across the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Collaborate with team members to understand requirements, implement new features and integrations, and maintain technical documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical/technical training.
- 1–3 years of software development or platform configuration experience, including internships or academic projects.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals and familiarity with relational databases and web technologies (HTTP, REST APIs, HTML, CSS).
- Exposure to Git and ticketing tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working within structured processes including audit controls and change management environments.
- Comfortable with moderate complexity feature development and support on the ServiceNow platform.
- Capable of clear technical documentation and effective communication within development teams.
