About This Role
- Own the end-to-end technical execution of innovative digital and AI prototypes from discovery through validation and transition planning.
- Rapidly design, build, integrate, and test AI-enabled solutions and workflows using Microsoft Azure AI and related tools, ensuring evaluation with real users before scaling.
- Collaborate with IT and enterprise partners to establish development standards, cloud patterns, CI/CD pipelines, and reusable components for the new Digital Innovation Foundry in New Delhi.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of software engineering, cloud application development, AI engineering, or related experience with hands-on delivery responsibility.
- Hands-on experience developing AI solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform or equivalent enterprise AI platforms.
- Mandatory hands-on cloud development experience in Microsoft Azure; multi-cloud experience (AWS, GCP) strongly preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced innovator comfortable balancing rapid prototyping with sound engineering judgment and scalable solution design.
- Strong expertise in cloud architecture, AI application patterns (agents, retrieval-augmented generation, orchestration), and establishing development foundations including CI/CD.
- Effective collaborator skilled at working across IT, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and business teams to integrate enterprise requirements into innovation initiatives.
