About This Role
- Own opportunity discovery, problem definition, and pilot execution for Digital & AI initiatives.
- Lead business-side planning, user testing, feedback iteration, and validation to decide pilot scaling or refinement.
- Establish value realization measures and enable adoption for successful digital solutions within workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Design, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years in digital transformation, product management, innovation, consulting, or related roles with hands-on digital solution delivery.
- Experience leading pilots or proofs of concept with real users, including iterative development and adoption driving.
- Technical fluency with AI-enabled platforms like Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI, Power Platform, DevOps, workflow automation, or similar.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in translating complex business problems into measurable technology-enabled solutions with strong business judgment.
- Comfortable working at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience with a builder mindset in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Experience in professional services or consulting with skills in product/service design and human-centered research methods.
