About This Role
- Manage and troubleshoot SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 platforms, ensuring stability and performance improvements through incident analysis and vendor collaboration.
- Design scalable, resilient SharePoint solutions aligned with technical standards and lead automation, governance, security, and compliance measures across the platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end SharePoint solutions and mentor team members in Microsoft 365 administration and DevOps practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years senior experience in DevOps or Microsoft 365 operations supporting enterprise-scale cloud collaboration platforms.
- Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting, SharePoint Online administration, Azure services (Entra ID, application registrations), and Microsoft 365 governance and compliance.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments and with global cross-functional teams.

- Experienced in designing and operating complex SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 enterprise environments with a focus on governance and compliance.
- Proficient in automation and optimization of cloud collaboration platforms including applying AI tools and governance for IT service operations.
