About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and support scalable enterprise web applications including AI-enabled dashboards, chat interfaces, copilots, and agent-based user experiences.
- Build reusable frontend components using React, TypeScript, and modern frameworks; develop backend services using Python/FastAPI or equivalent, integrating APIs, AI/LLM endpoints, real-time streaming, and secure client-server communication.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, technical documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI engineers and architects.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in full-stack, frontend, backend, or cloud-native application development with enterprise or client-facing applications delivery.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with React and modern web development frameworks; backend expertise in Python with FastAPI, .NET, Java(Spring Boot), or Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD, automated testing, and secure coding practices including OWASP standards.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field; relevant cloud, application development, DevOps, or AI certifications preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full-stack engineer comfortable integrating AI/ML and GenAI capabilities into enterprise web applications and managing real-time streaming and secure communication.
- Skilled at bridging frontend, backend, and cloud deployments with expertise in API-first and microservices architectures, as well as production support and troubleshooting.
- Able to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (UX, AI, product, security) and produce maintainable, high-quality technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
