About This Role
- Define and own the handover framework and operational standards for AI-native solutions transitioning from delivery to production.
- Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, incident response, and AI quality assurance capabilities (drift detection, benchmarking, guardrails validation) to ensure SLA compliance in production.
- Design scalable, secure operational models with automation, tooling, and partner integration, incorporating learnings back into delivery lifecycle and mentoring engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Model (LLM) systems, agentic workflows, observability, and incident management in cloud production environments.
- Deep experience in AI quality assurance in production including drift detection, performance benchmarking, guardrails validation, and retraining triggers for LLM and agentic systems.
- Background in regulated or enterprise-grade environments emphasizing security, data boundaries, compliance, and operational governance.
- Work Experience Required: 10-20 years. Degree requirement: Not mandatory. Location: Based at SAP Labs India Innovation Park, Devanahalli, Bangalore.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Production operations expert familiar with enterprise AI deployments ensuring uptime, compliance, and SLA adherence.
- Experienced in designing scalable operational models with tooling, automation, CI/CD, and partner integration for multiple customer engagements.
- Able to work strategically across global FDE squads, external partners, and direct customer interactions, with mentoring and influencing responsibilities.
