About This Role
- Develop and maintain secure, scalable backend components for Physical Access Control and Video Management Systems within the EcoStruxure Foresight platform.
- Participate in requirements analysis, technical planning, and design to ensure high performance and reliability of server-side applications.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs, while maintaining code quality and automation pipelines.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in C++ development.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering or related field.
- Strong expertise in object-oriented design, modular and testable code, debugging, and performance optimization.
- This is a site-based role located in Bangalore; must be able to work onsite.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in backend server development for access control or video management domains, able to handle complex system design and performance challenges.
- Operates well in agile development environments using Test Driven Development and CI/CD practices.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of algorithms, and familiarity with Linux and networking are advantageous.
